Join a highly supportive and collaborative emergency department team in Northern New Jersey! We are seeking an experienced physician assistant or nurse practitioner  or a motivated new graduate eager to build a career in emergency medicine. We are currently hiring for both nocturnist and a rotating shift position. Qualified applicants must be able to work all shifts - days, nights, and swing shifts.

Position Highlights

• 120 hours per month full-time schedule
• 12-hour shifts for work-life balance
• Reduced weekend requirement compared to many ED positions
• Established APC team of 8 PAs and 1 NP

Holy Name Medical Center has a 40-bed emergency department with an annual volume of 50,000. This facility is a Chest Pain Certification and Stroke Certification Center. Preferred Qualifications

• NP or PA with emergency medicine experience preferred
• New graduates welcome - training is available for the right candidate; must have a strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team mindset

Competitive Compensation, with an estimated base salary of $109,200 to $132,600 annually and the opportunity to earn additional. Full-time clinicians are eligible for an excellent comprehensive benefits package to include: 401(k) plan, health, dental and vision insurance, PTO, LTD, STD, FSA, group term life insurance, and employee assistance program.
