Compensation & Benefits$100,000–$125,000 annual salary, commensurate with experienceHealth insurance401(k) with company matchPaid Time Off and paid holidaysProfessional development supportOpportunities for continued leadership growthWhy Join Peak Potential Therapy?Lead clinical quality and team development across multiple locationsPrimary focus will be on clinical leadership, supervision, accountability, documentation oversight, parent communication, and strengthening the ABA team with direct clinical involvement as neededJoin a growing multidisciplinary organization providing ABA, Speech, and Occupational Therapy servicesCore DutiesAs Clinical Director, you'll serve as the clinical leader for our team by:Providing clinical leadership, oversight, and support to BCBAs and RBTsSupporting clinician development through coaching and mentorshipEnsuring consistency in clinical standards and documentationConducting performance evaluations and accountability conversationsMonitoring key clinical quality indicators and team performanceSupporting hiring, onboarding, and training initiativesCollaborating with operational leadership on strategic prioritiesAssisting with parent concerns and clinical escalationLeadership ExpectationsThis is a highly collaborative leadership role. The successful candidate is:A visible, supportive leader who enjoys being present with their teamsComfortable coaching through difficult conversations while maintaining positive relationshipsOrganized, accountable, and able to balance multiple prioritiesCommitted to maintaining high clinical standards while developing future leadersWilling to travel regularly between company locations to support staff and clinical operationsSchedule & TravelThis is a full-time, Monday–Friday leadership position based out of our Northfield location. Reliable transportation as well as frequent travel is required between our Norton and Northfield locations to provide clinical leadership, support staff, and ensure consistency in clinical operations. QualificationsBCBA certification requiredActive Ohio COBA licensure required Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of BCBA experiencePrevious leadership or supervisory experience preferredExcellent communication, coaching, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbout UsPeak Potential Therapy provides ABA, Speech, and Occupational Therapy services to children and families throughout Northeast Ohio.
