Proficient in cardiac monitoring, telemetry, and dysrhythmia management. Skilled in reading 12 Lead EKG strips and managing cardiac drips. Experienced in IV/line care and phlebotomy. Competent in conscious sedation and wound/drain care. Knowledgeable in oxygen and airway management, as well as isolation precautions. Adept in providing high-acuity patient care and overseeing post-surgical recovery. Capable of managing complex medical conditions and performing drug titration with multiple drugs. Possesses advanced skills in assessing and responding to patient conditions. Able to provide timely interventions to prevent complications. Comfortable floating to other units that require a similar skill set. Patient population ranges from young adults to geriatric patients. Maintains a patient ratio of 1:4-5.
