For positions based in higher-cost zones (e.g., California, New York, New Jersey), actual compensation may exceed the posted range; your recruiter will share specifics during the process.We are looking for a Business Analyst (Project Governance & Delivery) who can drive project execution, governance, stakeholder management while also providing hands-on support through data analysis, Python-based automation, SQL querying, and reporting. The role requires a blend of business acumen, project management discipline, and technical problem-solving skills.Responsibilities-Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and action trackers.-Support sprint planning, status reporting, governance reviews, and leadership updates.-Develop Python scripts for automation, workflow optimization, and data processing.-Write SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and reporting.-Create dashboards and reports using Power BI/Tableau.-Coordinate across business, analytics, engineering, and client stakeholders.Qualifications-3-6 years of experience in Business Analysis, PMO, Delivery Management, or Analytics.-Working knowledge of Python for automation and analytics.-Hands-on SQL experience (joins, subqueries, data validation, reporting).-Knowledge of Project Governance, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.-Experience with Power BI/Tableau and Excel.-Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.-Experience working with cross-functional technical teams.
