Job Summary:
Parkview Care Center, a leading provider in post-acute care and senior healthcare services, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our team in Fremont, Ohio. As a STNA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and compassion to our residents. Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living, bathing, dressing, and grooming Assist with vital signs, medication administration, and treatments as directed by licensed nurses Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care Participate in development and implementation of individualized care plans Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide a holistic approach to patient care About the Role:
As a STNA at Parkview Care Center, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and their families. Our 40-bed skilled nursing center offers a range of services, including short-term rehabilitation, transitional care, and dementia care, in a warm and comfortable setting.
