Windsor Lane Health Care of Gibsonburg is an 89-bed Skilled Nursing facility located at 355 Windsor Lane in Gibsonburg, Ohio. We are currently hiring for Full-Time and Part-Time positions for Afternoons or Midnights. We offer both 12-hour and 8-hour shifts. Join our team at Windsor Lane Healthcare!

Position: State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA)

Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Aid in mobility and transfers using proper lifting and positioning techniques
- Monitor residents' health status and communicate any changes to the nursing team
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain a clean and organized environment for residents
