The Role We are seeking an experienced commercial litigation associate to join our team and work directly with the Managing Attorney and senior attorneys. This role requires the ability to manage matters from pre-litigation through trial with minimal supervision and a high degree of professionalism and accountability. This is not a training role. This is a role for an attorney who already knows how to litigate and is prepared to own their work, their growth, and their results. This is a Hybrid position—In-person court appearances when needed.
