This role blends people leadership, administrative coordination, and hands-on technical expertise. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.What We're Looking For5+ years of maintenance experience, with at least 2 years in a maintenance supervisory/lead technician role.Strong technical skills in multiple building systems (e.g., electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry).Proven leadership and team management abilities.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.Strong communication skills and customer-service orientation.Proficiency with maintenance management systems and basic computer applications.Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.Cedar Valley Living, LLC.
