Mia Ragazza is looking for a line cook who moves with purpose, keeps their station tight, and loves the rush of a busy service.
We’re a lively neighborhood Italian spot in Manayunk serving handmade pastas, bold flavors, and big energy. If you take pride in a perfectly fired dish, thrive in organized chaos, and believe music makes the line run better — keep reading.
What You’ll Be Doing:Firing pasta, sauté, apps, or grill like you mean it
Keeping your station clean, stocked, and dialed in
Working fast without sacrificing quality
Communicating like a pro during the push
Showing up ready to work. Hours are 2 pm (ish) to 11 pm (ish), 4 to 5 days a week
You’ve got at least 1 year on the line (bonus points for Italian)
You move with urgency and don’t crumble when it gets busy
You care about consistency and presentation
You show up on time. Every time.
You’re cool under pressure and good with a little heat

Mia Ragazza está buscando un/a cocinero/a de línea que se mueva con propósito, mantenga su estación impecable y disfrute la adrenalina de un servicio ocupado.
Somos un restaurante italiano de barrio en Manayunk, con mucha energía, pastas hechas a mano y sabores intensos. Si te enorgullece sacar un plato perfecto, trabajas bien en el “caos organizado” y crees que la música mejora el servicio… sigue leyendo.

Preparar pasta, salteados, entradas o parrilla con precisión y pasión
Mantener tu estación limpia, organizada y lista para el servicio
Trabajar rápido sin sacrificar calidad
Comunicarte claramente durante el rush
Llegar listo/a para trabajar (y tal vez debatir cuál playlist es mejor)
Eres Buena Opción Si:
Tienes al menos 2 año de experiencia en línea (cocina italiana es un plus)
Trabajas con urgencia y mantienes la calma bajo presión
Te importa la consistencia y la presentación
Eres puntual y confiable. Horas este 2 pm - 11 pm
Te mantienes firme cuando sube la temperatura
