Business Development Director

Seeking a strategic Business Development Director, the full-time remote role will drive growth by forging partnerships, optimizing sales processes, and enhancing brand visibility in e-commerce and marketing sectors. Key responsibilities Partner with sales and client service teams to optimize performance and refine processes for sustainable growth Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding reach across e-commerce and Amazon ecosystems Manage and maximize the CRM (Pipedrive) to streamline reporting, tracking, and conversion efficiency Required qualifications 5+ years of business development experience with a proven record of exceeding revenue targets 3+ years in business development roles within e-commerce, ideally with 2+ years in Amazon or marketing agency environments Strategic mindset with hands-on experience building partnerships and managing key accounts Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools Highly motivated, results-driven, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment
