Regulatory Compliance Specialist

Coordinating and managing responses to external regulatory audits and investigations, the full-time Regulatory Compliance Specialist will lead projects involving various oversight entities while working remotely. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary coordinator for external audit and regulatory requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses Manage multiple concurrent requests, establishing documented workplans, timelines, and tracking progress to meet deadlines Prepare and organize response packages, including data files and supporting documentation, while coordinating with cross-functional teams Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered Three or more years of experience in healthcare audit, regulatory response, or compliance required Direct experience with government or regulatory requests from entities such as MFCU or OIG strongly preferred Experience managing audits or information requests involving healthcare documentation preferred Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting preferred
