As an Assistant Manager, you will assist the General Manager in leading the day-to-day operations and work alongside team members to give every guest a legendary experience. At Pizza Ranch, you will have the ability to drive store level profitability and sales goals by controlling food and labor costs. Most importantly, you will have the opportunity to provide genuine care for all our staff and guests and to create a legendary impact on those you encounter during your shift.Key Accountabilities:Oversee daily operations and guest satisfaction in the restaurant and FunZones (where applicable)Assist with the training and development of new and existing team membersMaintain high food quality and safety standardsProvide legendary guest service and lead staff to do the sameBuild community engagement by partnering with other organizations and businessesRespond to guest complaints quickly and resolve them effectivelyDevelop strategies for improving our guests' dining experienceDevelop strategies for minimizing waste and lowering food costsDevelop strategies for driving sales growth and volume in the restaurant and FunZone (where applicable)Ensure that the restaurant follows all Pizza Ranch standards every shiftQualifications, Skills, and/or Competencies:High school diploma or GEDPassion for leading and developing peopleStrong multi-tasking skills and the ability to prioritize multiple situationsEffective communicator and listener with good oral and written communication skillsProficient in basic computer skillsAbility to be mobile and/or on your feet for extended periods of time during the entire shiftRestaurant management experience preferredYou are applying for work with a franchisee of Pizza Ranch, not Pizza Ranch Corp. or any of its affiliates.
