This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney to join a collaborative team and take ownership of complex cases. Key Responsibilities Independently manage a caseload involving professional negligence and product liability matters. Conduct expert and fact witness depositions. Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and other court proceedings. Develop litigation strategy and prepare cases for trial. Maintain direct client contact and provide strategic legal counsel. Collaborate with partners and associates on case development and resolution. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Minimum of 5 years of civil litigation experience. Demonstrated expertise in professional negligence and product liability defense. Comfortable handling expert depositions and client interactions independently. Jury trial experience strongly preferred. Strong legal writing, analytical, and communication skills. Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
