Auto MechanicLocation: Delaware, OH Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week) Schedule: Monday–Friday / Day ShiftPay: $18.00 to $25.00 /hourPosition OverviewWe are seeking a dependable and skilled Auto Mechanic to join our team. If you have strong diagnostic abilities, take pride in your work, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair cars, trucks, and SUVs efficiently and accuratelyPerform preventative maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checksRepair and replace brakes, suspension components, steering systems, and exhaust systemsConduct engine diagnostics and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issuesUse computerized diagnostic equipment to identify vehicle problemsPerform transmission, cooling system, and HVAC repairsComplete vehicle inspections and recommend necessary repairs or maintenanceTest drive vehicles to verify repairs and proper performanceMaintain accurate service records and repair documentationEnsure all repairs meet safety and quality standardsAssist with shop maintenance and other duties as assignedJob RequirementsPrevious automotive repair experience requiredStrong diagnostic and troubleshooting skillsOwn toolsValid driver's license requiredAbility to work independently and as part of a teamASE certifications are a plusWhy Work With Us?Express Employment Professionals is one of North America's leading staffing agencies, dedicated to helping individuals find meaningful employment at no cost to job seekers.
