Job Details Location: Chattanooga, TN Salary: $16.50 SEI Healthcare is a non-medical home care provider that is committed to providing an environment of wellness, healing, and independence for its clients since 2002. We’re looking for a motivated Recruiter to help us attract, screen, and hire qualified caregivers. If you enjoy connecting with people and building strong teams, we’d love to hear from you. Responsibilities Source and screen candidates across multiple platforms Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring processes Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs Manage job postings and candidate pipelines Ensure a positive candidate experience from start to finish Requirements Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously Familiarity with ATS and job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) Self-driven and results-oriented mindset Previous experience with Paycom and Carebridge is a plus What We Offer Weekly Pay Health Insurance Full time position Paid holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr
