Salary: $50,000 per year + weekly commission (after training). Location: Chattanooga, TN.

Recruiter Trainee (first 3 months - during training): $21.64 per hour

Recruiter I (after training): $50,000 base salary + Weekly Commission

Source and screen candidates using various tools and platforms.

Manage caregivers and field staff throughout their assignments.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, Public Relations, Healthcare Administration).

Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Analytical mindset with a results‑driven approach.

High level of professionalism and urgency.

This is an office‑based position.
