Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | 4x10-hour shifts, 40 hours per week | Shift: 12:30 PM – 11:00 PM | Includes call coverage: evening call twice per week (5:00 PM – 7:00 PM), 2–3 holiday calls per contract (rotating blocks), and 2–3 weekend call shifts per contract (12-hour blocks, Saturday or Sunday)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled perioperative nursing care to patients in the operating room setting
• Assist with and support surgical procedures including orthopedic, total joint, arthroscopic, and neurological cases
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the surgical team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
• Fulfill on-call obligations including evening, holiday, and weekend call rotations as scheduled
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum of 18 months of Operating Room nursing experience
• Strong hands-on experience with orthopedic, total joint, arthroscopic, and neurosurgical procedures
• Ability to fulfill call requirements including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a high-volume or acute care surgical environment
• Familiarity with a broad range of surgical specialties beyond core required experience
