Responsibilities

• Conduct title searches and abstracting for Maryland properties.
• Review public records and title documents to verify ownership and identify encumbrances.
• Analyze chain of title and resolve or report title issues.
• Prepare clear, accurate, and timely title reports.
• Work closely with internal staff and clients to ensure timely completion of orders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in title examination or a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in using title search software and databases.

Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, first shift hours.

Benefits
