Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. This role will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet the company's staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to manage the full recruitment cycle efficiently while ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners, and a proactive approach to talent acquisition. The Recruiter will serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring every candidate interaction reflects the values and culture of the organization. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Sourcing Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for open positions. Source candidates using various platforms including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Screening & Selection Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates. Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Hiring Process Management Partner with hiring managers to prepare for best practice interviews, ensuring that all candidates are thoroughly vetted. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies during recruitment and hiring. Candidate Experience Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process. Promote the employer brand to attract high-quality applicants. Maintain a positive and professional relationship with all candidates, regardless of hiring outcome. Metrics & Reporting Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire. Provide regular updates and insights to management on hiring progress and market trends. Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in home building. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases. Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruiting platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.). Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Physical Demands While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to talk and hear. Vision abilities required by the job are close vision. The employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers to handle, feel, and operate office equipment such as a computer, copier, and office supplies. In addition, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with their arms and hands, and to stoop, kneel or crouch.
