Member Services Representative Lake Charles, LA 70605 Responsibilities Provide members with an exceptional experience and encourage them to achieve fitness goals. Maintain a clean, welcoming club environment. Support member enrollment and administration at the welcome desk. Introduce members to Black Card amenities and benefits. Conduct non‑high‑pressure tours of the club. Assist members as needed while maintaining a high‑energy, positive attitude. Participate in team leadership and contribute to continuous improvement. Maintain flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Qualifications Minimum of 18 years of age. Passion for helping others. Ability to communicate effectively and stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform other physical tasks as described below. On‑time dependability and reliability. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Physical Demands Occasionally lift, push, or pull objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
