Associate Account Manager

Job Overview As an Associate Account Manager, you will be supporting the Associate Director in managing the day-to-day business with Ulta, Target & Sephora Canada. You will own the operational work behind orders, forecasting, promotions, and relatior reporting. Reporting into the Associate Director, this role partners closely with cross-functional teams to deliver strong in-store execution, optimize promotional performance, and expand distribution. This position plays a critical role in building retailer relationships and supporting Eva NYC’s long-term growth within Drug and Specialty channels Location: Remote, with opportunity to work in the Brooklyn office Salary: $80,000 Responsibilities Manage purchase orders, shipments & in-stock levels at retailers Build and update sales reports Partner with retailers on item set up & maintenance, promotional and off-shelf submissions, and various reports Assist in retailer presentation for business reviews and line review materials Coordinate with Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance and Trade Marketing to execute plans Serves as day-to-day contact for retailer teams Build and maintain strong working relationships with retailer contacts and internal stakeholders to build win/win business solutions. Analyze sales performance, promotional results, and trends to identify risks and growth opportunities Monitor category and competitive trends to identify opportunities and recommend strategies for growth Maintain tools, trackers, and reporting to support forecasting accuracy and decision-making. Skills & Requirements Bachelor’s Degree required 2-4 years Sales experience Strong sales and financial acumen Ability to build and maintain complex excel spreadsheets with advanced formula knowledge.
