Senior C&I Relationship Manager

Senior C&I Relationship Manager | Miami, FL JCW is partnering with a growing regional bank as they expand their presence across South Florida and are looking for a Senior C&I Relationship Manager to help drive growth in the Miami market. This is a great opportunity for an established commercial banker with a strong C&I/middle-market track record, diverse book of business, and deep local relationships. Role Responsibilities: Originate and grow C&I/middle-market relationships across the Miami market. Build and maintain a strong pipeline through prospecting and industry contacts. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their lending and deposit needs. Structure and negotiate credit facilities in line with bank standards and pricing objectives. Prepare and present credit packages to the appropriate approval authorities. What we’re looking for: 6+ years of commercial lending experience, with a focus on C&I and/or middle market. Proven ability to source and develop new business. Strong network of industry contacts throughout Miami. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
