Who are we looking for? YOU! What do we need you to do? Become the friendly, public face of our property and a key representative of the management office for all current and prospective residents. Where is the job? San Marcos, TX The Job We are looking to fill an immediate need for an efficient Leasing Agent to present and lease properties to prospective lessors. The goal is to assist potential tenants, turn them into actual ones and achieve high occupancy rates. Specific responsibilities include: Establish rapport with residents and provide grade A personalized customer service Meet with future residents and take them on tours of the units Conduct daily follow up with prospective tenants Prepare and execute leasing forms and collect appropriate payments The Details Our Leasing Agents should meet the following criteria: High School diploma/GED required Prior experience a plus Have working knowledge of property management software, Onesite Benefits We offer medical, dental, and vision insurance with opportunities for life insurance and 401K with employer matching.
