Office Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative support to management and staff. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.

Pay: $21/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative and clerical support to assigned departments and management
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
• Maintain files, records, and office documentation
• Prepare letters, memos, reports, invoices, and other correspondence
• Respond to administrative questions and assist with resolving issues
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Prepare meeting agendas and record/distribute meeting minutes
• Maintain office supplies and coordinate office equipment needs
• Track expenses and petty cash
• Review and distribute incoming communications and information to appropriate staff
• Assist with reporting, data gathering, and other departmental administrative needs
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous office or administrative experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
