Creative Lead, Performance Copy

To define and elevate Kin's brand voice, the full-time Creative Lead, Performance Copy will lead copy direction across campaigns and customer communications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop impactful messaging while working remotely. Key responsibilities Lead copy direction across brand and growth channels, campaigns, and product launches Develop a process to refine messaging using campaign performance data for continuous improvement Define and steward Kin's brand voice and messaging frameworks across various channels Required qualifications 8+ years of copywriting and creative leadership experience in brand and growth contexts A portfolio showcasing campaign-level thinking and voice development across multiple formats Experience in using performance data to iterate and enhance campaign effectiveness Proven ability to translate complex briefs into compelling creative concepts Demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration
