divh2Assistant Clinic Director/h2pThis position assists the Clinic Director in managing the application of intravenous vitamins for outpatient infusion and providing clinical expertise and education for clients and staff./ppEssential functions include acting as a backup point of contact for the Clinic Director, administering and monitoring clients treatment and well-being, documenting interactions and communication with clients, demonstrating compliance with professional standards, assisting in hiring functions, training and educating staff, leading and influencing staff through motivation, maintaining trust and respect between team members and clients, monitoring and documenting staff performance, leading performance management activities, identifying high performance employees, motivating the team, assisting in conflict resolution management, completing training for nutrition infusion therapies, and maintaining standards related to culture and ethical behavior./ppQualifications include an Associates Degree or graduate of an accredited paramedic program with a current and up-to-date license, knowledge of Microsoft Office, Electronic Medical Records, Anatomy, Medical Terminology, and Medical Practice Functions, and a minimum of two years of vascular access or infusion experience and two years of leadership or management experience./ppSkills and abilities include attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication, customer service, patient confidentiality, applied leadership, multi-tasking, excellent training skills, self-motivation, self-management, problem-solving, interpersonal, time management, independent judgment, resilience, perseverance, organization, patient care, and flexibility./ppThis position will work eight to ten hour shifts Monday-Friday and one to two Saturdays a month, depending on staffing, in a general clinic environment with climate control and adequate lighting./p/div
