Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, understanding their intensity, frequency, and duration to provide effective treatment.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with clients' specific needs and goals, regularly adapting these strategies based on ongoing evaluations.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate client progress.
• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment alternatives, and self-care techniques to empower them in their healing journeys.
• Monitor client progress meticulously, keeping detailed records and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals within our integrated care model to ensure holistic treatment.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, staying informed about the latest research and advancements in mood disorders to improve therapeutic approaches.
• Manage confidential documentation following legal and ethical standards, assuring compliance and respect for client privacy.
• Participate actively in professional development workshops, team meetings, and case consultations as part of our commitment to staff growth and collaboration.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with Vitae Health Systems, you will primarily work with individuals and families navigating relationship difficulties, particularly focusing on divorce and emotional challenges connected to familial transitions. Qualifications

• A current and valid Washington state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• The starting salary for this full-time position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
