Sales Closer Guardian Tax | Irvine, CA | Full-Time | In-Office Guardian Tax is seeking experienced Sales Closers to join our growing Irvine sales team. We’re looking for sales professionals who excel in phone-based conversations, build trust quickly, overcome objections effectively, and consistently deliver results. You’ll work with 100% warm inbound opportunities from individuals who have already reached out for assistance with IRS and tax debt concerns. There is no cold calling or prospecting required — your focus will be on understanding each client’s situation, presenting the right solutions, handling objections, and closing opportunities. What You’ll Do Handle inbound calls from individuals seeking tax relief solutions Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand client needs and goals Build rapport and establish trust with potential clients Present solutions clearly, confidently, and professionally Address questions and overcome objections while guiding clients toward a decision Manage follow-up activity and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals Compensation & Benefits 15% commission on all closed deals Daily, weekly, and monthly performance bonuses Paid training and structured onboarding Medical, dental, and vision insurance options Ongoing coaching and professional development Career advancement opportunities What We’re Looking For 1–2+ years of phone sales experience required Experience managing sales conversations from discovery through close Strong communication, relationship-building, and objection-handling skills Ability to confidently present solutions and close deals Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Self-motivated, coachable, and results-oriented mindset Comfortable working in a high-volume sales environment Why Join Guardian Tax?
