Sales Closer – Inbound Leads
Guardian Tax | Irvine, CA | Full-Time | In-Office
Guardian Tax is seeking experienced Sales Closers to join our growing Irvine sales team. We are looking for sales professionals who excel in phone-based conversations, build trust quickly, overcome objections effectively, and consistently drive results.
You'll work exclusively with 100% warm inbound leads from individuals who have already reached out for help with IRS and tax debt concerns. There is no cold calling — your focus will be connecting with qualified prospects, understanding their needs, presenting solutions, and closing opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound calls from qualified prospects seeking tax relief solutions
- Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand client needs and goals
- Build rapport and establish trust with potential clients
- Present solutions clearly and confidently
- Address questions and objections while guiding prospects toward a decision
- Manage follow-up activity and maintain a strong pipeline
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales goals

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of phone-based closing experience required
- Experience managing sales conversations from discovery through close
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and objection-handling skills
- Ability to confidently present solutions and close deals
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Self-motivated, coachable, and results-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in a high-volume sales environment

- Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- One half-day Saturday per month
