Guardian Tax is seeking motivated sales professionals who are confident leading sales conversations, comfortable handling objections, and skilled at guiding conversations toward a successful close. As an Inbound Sales Consultant, you'll work with individuals who have already reached out for assistance with IRS and tax debt concerns. No cold calling is involved — your focus will be on understanding each individual's needs, presenting solutions, and guiding them through the sales process.

• Handle inbound calls from individuals seeking tax relief services
• Lead structured sales conversations and understand each individual's situation
• Present available solutions clearly and confidently
• Establish credibility quickly and guide individuals through the decision-making process
• Address concerns, overcome objections, and confidently close opportunities
• Maintain follow-up activities and manage active opportunities
• Consistently work toward individual and team sales goals

Qualifications

• 6+ months of phone sales experience required
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Ability to handle objections and close sales confidently
• Competitive, motivated, and results-focused mindset
• Comfortable managing a high volume of inbound calls

On-Site Position | Irvine, CA

Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
One half-day Saturday shift per month
