Hospitality Ambassador (Contract)
Location: South San Francisco, CA (Onsite) Schedule: Full-Time, 5 Days Onsite Duration: 12-Month Contract
Deliver an Exceptional Workplace Experience
We're seeking a polished, customer-focused Hospitality Ambassador to serve as the face of a dynamic corporate campus. In this highly visible, front-facing role, you'll create an outstanding experience for employees, guests, vendors, and business partners while supporting secure facility access and daily workplace operations.

What You'll DoFront Desk & Guest Services

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, visitors, and guests
• Deliver a high-touch, white-glove hospitality experience with professionalism and care
• Respond to inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and solutions-oriented manner
• Create a welcoming and positive first impression for everyone entering the facility

Visitor Management & Security Support

• Partner closely with Security teams to maintain a safe and secure workplace
• Manage visitor registration, check-in procedures, badge issuance, and host notifications
• Ensure compliance with all access control protocols and confidentiality standards
• Support the protection of people, facilities, and company assets

Concierge & Service Coordination

• Coordinate vendor and guest deliveries, including packages, catering, and personal items
• Assist with special requests and VIP visitor experiences
• Provide phone support and assist with incoming inquiries
• Deliver exceptional service while managing multiple priorities

Workplace Programs & Operations

• Support employee-focused programs and services, including:
  • Parking placards
  • Transportation and commuter programs
  • Lobby amenities and workplace resources
• Provide coverage across multiple lobby locations as needed

Administrative & Logistics Support

• Assist with document handling and internal delivery services
• Maintain lobby inventory and operational supplies
• Support special projects, workplace initiatives, and process improvements
• Contribute to continuous operational excellence

QualificationsRequired

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
  • Corporate hospitality
  • Concierge services
  • Luxury hotel operations
  • High-end retail customer service
  • Guest relations or similar customer-facing environments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Ability to quickly learn new technology platforms, including visitor management and call center systems
• Valid California Driver's License

Work Schedule & Requirements

• Fully onsite in South San Francisco, CA
• Standard shift options:
  • 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Attendance required for bi-weekly Thursday meetings, which may extend until approximately 6:30 PM
• Participation in team meetings and workplace safety certification within the first six months
• Minimum 12-month commitment required
• Remote work and relocation assistance are not available
