Behavior Analysis Practicum (Master's Level) Premier ABA provider for children with autism. Compensation and Benefits Pay: $24–$30/hour based on experience and supervision hour completion. Potential wage increases every 6 months. Guaranteed path to becoming a BCBA with a competitive salary upon passing. Bonuses based on accrued hours, up to $1,500 per year. Guaranteed 32–40 hours per week regardless of patient cancellations. No-cost supervision hours—no deductions from pay for dedicated supervision time. $5,000 BCBA Pass Bonus for those who pass the exam on their first attempt at ABC. Annual team appreciation party and teammate appreciation week. Responsibilities Supervises 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours) and completes all restricted hours. Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable master's program. Provides early intervention therapy in a center-based setting. Shapes the minds of children in early childhood (ages 18 months to 8 years). Collects data and implements individualized treatment plans for each child. Collaborates with BCBA’s and a team focused on the core values of ABC. Allocates 8 hours per week off direct care schedule to work on BDS modules. Sits for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team. Qualifications Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with accruing supervision hours. Current enrollment in an accredited master's program related to behavior analysis. Experience in early intervention therapy within a center-based setting. Strong data collection and treatment planning skills. Commitment to professional growth and willingness to study for the BACB exam.
