Were looking for an Engineer I a hands-on detail-loving problem solver who keeps our property in tip-top shape. From lighting and plumbing to HVAC and everything in between youll be the go-to person who ensures everything is running like clockwork.

What Youll Do:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs in guest rooms public areas and back-of-house

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical mechanical and plumbing issues

• Monitor and operate building systems (HVAC lighting elevators etc.)

• Perform preventive maintenance tasks as scheduled

• Respond quickly and efficiently to service requests

• Maintain cleanliness safety and organization in work areas

• Assist in emergency situations (power outages water leaks etc.)

• Support special projects or renovations as directed by management

What You Bring:

• Previous experience in hotel or facility maintenance preferred

• Strong knowledge of general building systems (electrical plumbing mechanical HVAC)

• Ability to read and understand technical manuals safety instructions and equipment guides

• Great communication and teamwork skills

• A strong attention to detail and a get it done attitude

• Ability to work varied shifts including weekends holidays and on-call hours

• Must be able to lift push and pull at least 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing bending climbing ladders etc.)
