Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Valid OT license in Washington State (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date)
• Previous pediatric or school-based OT experience preferred
• Ability to adapt interventions for varied learning needs and collaborate effectively with teachers and families
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to elementary students according to their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Assess student abilities and develop relevant goals, treatment plans, and progress reports
• Consult and collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, and support staff to integrate OT strategies
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing expertise to support student access and progress
• Travel between two local school sites as part of your weekly routine
