Occupational Therapist School Setting in Federal Way, WA

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct OT services up to 950 minutes per week across a range of schools and grade levels
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment strategies supporting academic and life skills
• Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to the development of goals, and maintain compliance with all relevant regulations
• Collaborate closely with special education, teaching teams, and families to ensure integrated support
• Adjust daily start (typically 8:00am) and end times to accommodate varied assignments and school meetings
