Commercial Construction Project Manager

Project Manager
Manage projects from preconstruction through close-out. Develop and control budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts. Lead subcontractor procurement, negotiations, and buyout. Partner with field teams to ensure quality and safety on site. A successful Project Manager should have: 9+ years of construction project management experience. Degree in construction, engineering, or related field preferred. Experience across healthcare, industrial, K-12, or higher education. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Proactive leader with a collaborative working style.
Salary range: $100,000-$130,000 base, plus bonus. 10% annual bonus and 3-4 weeks PTO. $875 monthly vehicle allowance. Relocation support and long-term career progression.
