We are currently looking for an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

Position Overview:

The Commercial Lines Account Manager will manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts and work closely with both clients and team members to ensure seamless service. This is a vital role in maintaining client satisfaction while identifying opportunities to enhance coverage and service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Renewals: Oversee the renewal process for assigned commercial clients, including scheduling renewals, obtaining necessary documentation, and reviewing quotes.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with the best possible solutions.
• Collaboration: Work with producers and underwriters to compile submissions for new business, ensuring smooth communication and accurate documentation.
• Policy Review: Evaluate and review clients' policy terms, conditions, and coverage to align with their needs and best practices.
• Cross-Selling & Up-Selling: Identify opportunities to offer additional coverage or insurance products based on client needs and gaps in coverage.
• Multitasking: Handle day-to-day client inquiries and administrative tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Team Support: Assist and cross-train with other departments as necessary, ensuring efficient operations across the agency.

Required Qualifications:

• Education : High School Diploma or Equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred.
• Licensing : Active P&C license is required .
• Experience : 2-3 years of experience in commercial lines insurance, ideally in account management or service role.
• Knowledge : Strong understanding of commercial insurance policies, including general liability, property, workers' compensation, auto, and professional liability.

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written).
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Highly organized with and keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in insurance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
