In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation and review of complex tax returns, conducting detailed tax research, and serving as a key advisor to clients while supervising junior staff.Key ResponsibilitiesTax Compliance: Lead the preparation and initial review of federal and state tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts.Technical Research: Perform deep-dive research on complex tax issues to ensure compliance and identify tax-saving opportunities for clients.Staff Supervision: Manage and mentor Tax Associates, providing guidance on technical issues and reviewing their work for accuracy and completeness.Project Management: Coordinate tax engagements from start to finish, ensuring all deadlines are met and client deliverables are of the highest quality.Client Advisory: Assist in tax planning and consulting projects, translating complex tax laws into actionable advice for stakeholders.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
