Step into our machining cell and take ownership of complex 3–5 axis milling work. You’ll bring prints and CAD to life, dialing in setups, validating toolpaths, and holding tight tolerances that keep our customers’ programs moving. Surrounded by teammates who care about precision and safety, you’ll combine craftsmanship with problem‑solving to deliver parts right the first time.

• Set up and run 3–5 axis CNC milling equipment to achieve engineering requirements and customer specifications.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models to plan machining sequences and tool selections.
• Verify quality using precision instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges) and document results.
• Troubleshoot and maintain machines, tooling, and workholding to sustain optimal performance and uptime.
• Partner with engineers and peers to refine processes and improve manufacturability.
• Follow safety protocols and keep the work area clean, organized, and audit‑ready.
• Record setups, offsets, inspections, and production data accurately.

• High school diploma or equivalent; machining trade education or certification preferred.
• Hands‑on experience as a CNC machinist with 3–5 axis milling centers.
• Working knowledge of CNC programming and G‑code fundamentals.
• Fluency in reading and interpreting drawings, GD&T, and manufacturing notes.
• Proficiency with precision measuring tools and inspection methods.
• Strong troubleshooting mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
• Ability to contribute independently and within a collaborative team.
• Clear communication skills and a positive, solutions‑oriented attitude.

This role is based at our Richmond, VA facility.
