Salary: $97,000 - 137,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree, or at least 7 years of related experience and training, or an equivalent mix of education and professional background.
• We are looking for 7–10 years of experience in information security and the discipline relevant to the role.
• We need 7–10 years of advanced security expertise in areas such as endpoint protection, SIEM, and network security technologies.
• We prefer 5+ years of experience as a senior-level identity and access management engineer.
• We require 5+ years of SailPoint engineering experience.
• We prefer prior production deployment experience with SailPoint.
• We value scripting experience with Java, PowerShell, or similar languages.
• Cloud experience with AWS or Google Cloud Platform is a plus.
• We expect knowledge of identity management technologies such as SSO, SCIM, OAuth, SAML, encryption, and PKI.
• We need familiarity with Microsoft technologies including Server, AD, DNS, Group Policy, Office 365/Exchange, Azure, and Azure Entra ID.
• We require strong verbal and written communication skills.
• We expect a solid understanding of role-based access control in large, distributed environments.
• We need a strong grasp of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
• We expect excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Experience with PAM platforms is required.
• Experience with MFA protocols and techniques is required.
• Security certifications such as GIAC, CISSP, CCSE, CISA, HBSS, NSA, CEH, Cisco Security, or Security+ are preferred.
• Additional certifications such as CCNA, CCDA, CCSA, CCIE, CISSP, CEH, or MCSE are preferred.
• Microsoft technical certifications are preferred.

• We design, implement, and manage SailPoint ISC and IIQ to protect sensitive data and support regulatory compliance in client environments.
• We use SailPoint ISC and IIQ as the primary tools, alongside supporting PAM and IAM platforms such as CyberArk and Okta.
• We collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead IAM initiatives, and help shape and execute each clients security strategy.
• We review and advise on long-term IAM and IGA strategies covering access requests, lifecycle events, provisioning, role-based access, segregation of duties, and access certifications.
• We architect, build, and troubleshoot IGA solutions, including technical documentation, recommendations, specifications, use cases, requirements, and test cases.
• We create solutions that promote automation, self-service, and resilience.
• We implement customizations based on customer business needs.
• We support security and application troubleshooting and help resolve incidents with infrastructure teams across storage, messaging, server, and network domains.
• We partner with IT, security, and business stakeholders to deliver effective identity and access management solutions in complex environments.
• We provide engineering support for complex and repeat IAM incidents and perform root-cause analysis in line with customer policies and standards.
• We define the standards, design, and operation of SailPoint and related environments.
• We apply expertise across Azure Entra ID, Active Directory, AD LDS, ADFS, SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, BeyondTrust, and PKI.
