Inpatient Acute Care Clinical Pharmacist

Christiana Care Health System's Wilmington inpatient pharmacy is recruiting a Clinical Staff Pharmacist. This role operates on a Day/Evening schedule with weekend and holiday coverage. You will review orders, monitor therapies, and coordinate with care teams to ensure accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities include medication assessment, prescriber/nurse collaboration, and ensuring USP standards in IV and satellite pharmacy activities. Delaware licensure is required or eligible for reciprocity.
