Ranicki Chiropractic Wellness Center is looking for a dependable, high-character team member to help create an outstanding patient experience in a fast-paced wellness office.

This is more than a front desk job. You will help patients feel welcomed, supported, organized, and confident in their care while keeping the office running smoothly and efficiently each day.

Compensation & Benefits

• $18.00 per hour starting pay
• $18.50 per hour after successful first 60 days and Weekly Performance bonuses after training period
• Full-time schedule with 4-day work week (Monday-Thursday) with 90-minute lunch break

Hours: Monday - Thursday 7:30 AM - approximately 6:30 PM. We begin on time and finish after the final patient is cared for and closing duties are complete.

Patient Experience: Welcome patients warmly and professionally; Check patients in and out efficiently; Manage schedule flow throughout the day; Answer phones, texts, and emails; and Help patients stay on track with appointments and care plans

Administrative Duties: Process payments and maintain accurate records; Data entry and documentation; Run daily reports; Verify insurance benefits; Follow systems, checklists, and procedures; and Coordinate schedule changes and patient communication

Office Support: Prepare rooms for consultations, exams, and x-rays; Keep front desk and patient areas organized; Assist other team members as needed; and Help close the office and prepare for the next day
