Route Sales Representative

This position requires a flexible work schedule with alternating days off. Start times average 3am-4am including working holiday and weekends, with some travel required and support for other locations. Job Description Route Sales Representative – FritoLay. Responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising FritoLay’s complete line of products (Lay’s, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Fritos, etc.) to local stores including gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores. You will drive a FritoLay truck to various stores, work independently to unload orders, merchandise product, and partner with store managers to increase sales, place orders, and maintain records throughout the day. $62,100/year target earnings. Key Responsibilities Learn the basics of the role in four to six weeks of dedicated driving and selling training. Run routes, experience different stores, and meet new customers. Grow sales on the route by building relationships, selling in displays, and completing national initiatives. Attain a route with set days off/schedule with time. Work in a fun, fast‑paced, and physical environment. Minimum Qualifications Be 21 years of age or older. Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law. Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.
