Multifamily Acquisitions & Asset Management Analyst

Highlands Vista Group (HVG) seeks an Analyst to work closely with management to oversee a portfolio of multifamily properties and assist in asset business plans and acquisition activity in a defined region. You will create and update financial monitoring tools, draft quarterly investor reports, conduct site visits, negotiate capital work, and support due diligence, closings, and relationship building with brokers and owners.
