State Licensed Principal Mechanical Engineer

Seeking a State Licensed Principal Mechanical Engineer to serve as the Engineer of Record (EOR) for mechanical systems on complex data center projects, this full-time remote position will lead design efforts, oversee project delivery, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities Serve as Engineer of Record (EOR) for mechanical design on data center projects Lead the design and engineering of HVAC and mission-critical cooling systems Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in mechanical engineering design, with at least 5 years in data centers or mission-critical facilities Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering Professional Engineer (PE) license required and in good standing Demonstrated experience as Engineer of Record (EOR) for mechanical systems Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring engineering teams
