Licensed Principal Engineer - MA, CT, NH

To support the expansion of its Infrastructure Practice, the remote Licensed Principal Engineer - MA, CT, NH will lead the growth of municipal infrastructure services, develop client relationships, and oversee project delivery while having the opportunity to establish a new office in the target market. Key Responsibilities: Lead the growth of infrastructure services within the designated local market and execute strategic plans to expand client relationships Serve as a trusted advisor to municipal clients, identifying new project opportunities and managing proposal development Oversee delivery of municipal infrastructure projects, ensuring technical excellence and adherence to budget and schedule Required Qualifications: BS or MS Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or relevant engineering discipline 15+ years of experience in municipal infrastructure Registered Professional Engineer preferred in MA, CT, or NH Demonstrated success in developing new markets and securing municipal clients Strong record of mentoring and leading cross-discipline project teams
