Work assignments expose students to many of the company’s products, processes and procedures. This position supports Human Resources activities.Checking weekly attendance reports and dispersing notices as necessaryHandle forms such as jury duty and bereavement ensuring completion, filing copies and submitting to payrollAssist in scheduling training for New Supervisors with SMEsAssist in the scheduling and tracking of both Supervisor and Team Leader NPS assessmentsCheck in grievances, turn in disciplines, and file performance evaluations with the Hourly HR OfficeWork with HR team to support/assist in interviews and new hire orientationsRequirements:Candidate must be attending a 2-year college or 4-year university local to SaginawCandidate must be pursuing a Bachelors in Human Resources or Related DegreeCandidate must be able to work 20-32 hours during Fall and Winter semestersUp to 40 in the summerMust have cumulative 3.0 GPA on 4.0 scaleMust be a full-time student (12 or more credits) during Fall and Winter semestersCandidate must have an interest in Human ResourcesCandidate must be proficient with Microsoft Products (Office 365, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)Candidate must have excellent Communication, Documentation Skills and attention to detailThis position is not eligible for employer-sponsored work authorization.
