About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP, Lead Wealth Advisor to join its team. This role is not just a traditional advisory position; it offers the opportunity to step into an established client base and work towards a local leadership role. The successful candidate will be responsible for serving as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth individuals and families, delivering personalized wealth management and comprehensive financial planning strategies. This includes developing sophisticated planning recommendations across various financial areas, leading client meetings, and collaborating with a team of experienced professionals to provide integrated planning solutions. The role also involves mentoring and coaching advisory team members, as well as expanding client relationships through referrals and strategic networking. Applicants for the SVP, Lead Wealth Advisor position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in serving high-net-worth clients within a wealth management or financial planning environment. A CFP® designation or other advanced wealth management credential is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and possess an entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to grow a practice and take on a leadership role. A relationship-driven approach, excellent leadership skills, and a strong understanding of investment management, retirement planning, tax planning, estate strategies, and complex financial planning concepts are essential for this role.
