Our client is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to develop and grow business within an assigned territory. This role is ideal for candidates with B2B sales experience, preferably within manufacturing or industrial environments, but they are open to candidates with strong client-facing B2B sales experience from other industries as well.

This position focuses on building customer relationships, growing existing accounts, generating new business, and providing solutions that create long-term customer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and cold calling.
• Manage customer accounts and provide exceptional service throughout the sales cycle.
• Present products and solutions based on customer needs and business objectives.
• Prepare quotes, bids, pricing proposals, and product recommendations.
• Follow up after sales to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including design and operations, to support customer requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity, and reporting documentation.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to overall sales strategy and business growth.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous B2B sales experience required.
• Manufacturing, industrial, or product-based sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong account management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience generating new business through prospecting and cold calling.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
• Customer-focused mindset with a proven track record of sales success.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Chickasha, OK.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $75000.00/yr. In addition to a competitive wage, the selected candidate will enjoy a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, prescription drug, wellness programs, STD, LTD, life insurance, company matching 401(k) and pension. Green Bay Packaging benefits may vary by position or division.
