Division Information PACCAR Financial facilitates the sale of premium-quality PACCAR vehicles in 20 countries on three continents worldwide by offering a full spectrum of creative, flexible financial products and value-added services specifically tailored to the transportation industry. Job Functions / Responsibilities Install, maintain, and support a PC/Server infrastructure including hardware and software. Efficiently assist customers with system troubleshooting and provide effective resolutions. Respond quickly, professionally, confidently, and accurately to Executive requests. Analyze existing IT operations and make recommendations for improvement and growth to continuously mature & automate the infrastructure. Installation, configuration, and support of Microsoft, internal (proprietary), and other third-party applications to support enterprise business requirements Effective troubleshooting and appropriate procurement of specialized internal system components to resolve reported technical issues Assist with high-volume hardware deployments and general IT asset management. This includes, but is not limited to PC workstations, servers, iPhone devices, wireless scanners, kiosk stations, and more throughout North America and China.
